PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug 21, 2025--

Avnet, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVT ), a leading global technology solutions provider, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 6% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 26, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 17, 2025.
