Chris Stigall

Chris Stigall

Stigall has been talking with Philadelphia for years, waking radio audiences each morning with razor-sharp wit, a pull-no-punches opinion, and captivating guest interviews. He’s covered everything from political conventions to the Super Bowl parade and sugary beverage taxes. From train derailments and protests to the Mummers to law enforcement heroes, Stigall has talked with Philadelphia about it all.

Stigall’s radio career has spanned nearly twenty years as a producer, writer, news anchor, and DJ prior to making the shift to talk radio. Since 2009, Talkers Magazine lists him as one of the "100 Most Important Radio Hosts in America.” Chris also worked as a former intern on the Late Show with David Letterman and as a congressional staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives. He has served as a member of the Philadelphia chapter of the USO and his local Methodist Church.

The Chris Stigall Show

“The Chris Stigall Show” has been a morning destination for talk radio listeners since its 2006 launch in Kansas City, MO. From there, he began grabbing industry attention, filling in on nationally syndicated talk radio shows and appearing as a cable news guest.  In 2011, Stigall made the move to Philadelphia, where he became a morning radio fixture ever since.  The podcast version of the show launched in 2019 and became an instant top conservative talk podcast in the country.

Stigall’s shows are equal parts hilarity and desk-pounding monologues with healthy doses of skepticism and sarcasm.  Above all else, Chris’s abiding faith in Christ is what guides him.  His interviews with everyone from athletes and actors to comedians and politicians have regularly resulted in national headlines, and since 2009 has consistently ranked by industry trade publications as one of the top radio morning hosts in the country.

Chris’ career began as a writer’s intern on Late Show with David Letterman, followed by work as a producer, news anchor, DJ, and even a brief stint as a staffer for a member of the United States House of Representatives. A Northwest Missouri State University graduate in Maryville, MO – Stigall obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcasting with a minor in journalism.  In addition to his radio and podcast work, you may have seen him as an occasional guest on your favorite cable channels— even the ones you hate!

Chris and his wife, Christine are vocal proponents of school choice, specifically private Christian education.  Together with the Herzog Foundation, the Stigalls host a podcast called “Making The Leap” to introduce and encourage parents to new ways of educating their children, rescuing them from the toxic politics of public education.  The Stigalls are committed Christians in the Southern Baptist tradition along with their three teenage children – Will, Drew, and Anna.
