Maridea Wealth Management (“Maridea”) announced today the acquisition of Chichester Financial Group, LLC (“CFG”), a Phoenix-based advisory firm recognized for its focus on tax-smart financial planning and tax-aware investment strategies. Maridea established its initial presence in the Phoenix market in September 2025, and this acquisition expands the firm’s footprint in the region to two offices.

John J. Chichester, Jr., CPA, PFS, CFP ®, AIF ®, founder of CFG, will join Maridea as Senior Financial Planner.
