A top editor from The New York Times declared the paper is not “anti-Trump” today despite criticism from conservatives and even the publication’s own staffers noting its liberal reputation.

Fox News reports deputy managing editor Rebecca Blumenstein said at an event today, “We are in no way anti-Trump.” Blumenstein’s comment comes just one day after the Times published a piece titled, “The Articles of Impeachment Against Donald J. Trump: A Draft.

The article appeared to give Democrats a road map to impeach Trump based on previous impeachment proceedings against former Presidents Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon.
