LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 21, 2025--

Rampart Communications, Inc. announced the appointment of technology industry leader Omar Javaid as Chief Executive Officer. Javaid succeeds Matt Ball, who served as interim CEO, and Aaron Correa who served as Senior Executive. The appointment is effective as of October 14, 2025.

A transformative leader, Javaid brings decades of experience growing and scaling technology companies through innovative global product development, sales, and mergers and acquisitions. Javaid has started two successful companies and held senior executive positions at major semiconductor, software, AI and communications technology businesses during his career.

Omar has also served in senior executive positions at Qualcomm, Motorola, Google, Hewlett-Packard, and Avaya.
