Consertus Appoints Cory Dow, PE as Chief Synergy Officer

Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, today announced the appointment of Cory Dow, PE as Chief Synergy Officer. In this newly created role, Dow will identify and realize cross-firm synergy opportunities that drive new revenue, reduce operating costs, and strengthen Consertus’ competitive advantage. He will also support the expansion of our national water/wastewater practice through inorganic growth and enhance technology integration for corporate development.

Dow is a seasoned infrastructure and water industry executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning business development, engineering, and operations. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development and Regional Manager for the Central United States at V&A Consulting Engineers, where he led firm-wide business development strategy and regional operations.

Prior to V&A, Dow spent more than seven years at Carollo Engineers, one of the nation’s leading water engineering firms, specializing in water reuse, water/wastewater treatment, and infrastructure design. He also served as Director of Engineering at SouthWest Water Company, where he oversaw water production, treatment, and distribution services.

Dow is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Nevada, Texas, and Utah. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
