The Federal Reserve Chair refuses to lower interest rates and Stigall explains why that's so detrimental and why lowering rates can help all of us. You'll hear from the first energy company CEO who does exactly what Stigall has begged them to do for many years - go on offense. Can Republicans hang on in Virginia statewide?
