Amida Technology Solutions, Inc. (Amida), a software services company that solves the most complex challenges in data interoperability, data exchange, data governance, and data security, announced today that Peter Clyne has joined the company as a member of the Board of Directors. Clyne has over four decades of experience leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategy, business development, and treasury for global organizations in aerospace, defense, and government IT services.
Clyne most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Leidos, where he oversaw mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments following the integration of Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions division. Prior positions at Lockheed Martin, IBM Federal Systems, and Loral included executive roles in M&A, finance, strategy, and business development. He also served as President of the Lockheed Martin Finance Corporation, facilitating international sales of aircraft, satellites, and launch vehicles.
