TULSA, Okla. — Joran Riley scored 27 points, including seven in the overtime, as the East Carolina Pirates beat the Tulsa Golden Hurricane 85-76 on Tuesday night. The Pirates improved to 11-9 with the victory and the Golden Hurricane fell to 8-11.
