A county prosecutor says a Pennsylvania police officer was justified in shooting to death a man who wielded a knife last month after his sister called 911 for help. Lancaster District Attorney Heather Adams said Wednesday there will not be criminal charges over the shooting against the unnamed police officer who shot to death Ricard Munoz outside his Lancaster home. Adams says she has no doubt about her conclusion that the officer was justified. Munoz had been out on bail at the time to await trial on charges he stabbed four people last year. A lawyer for the Munoz family says they find Adams' decision dismaying but not surprising.
