CANONSBURG, Pa. (AP) — CANONSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Equitrans Midstream Corporation (ETRN) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $148.9 million.

The Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 31 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 32 cents per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 18 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $360.6 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $352.7 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $445.2 million, or 89 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.39 billion.
