MALVERN, Pa. (AP) — MALVERN, Pa. (AP) — CubeSmart (CUBE) on Thursday reported a key measure of profitability in its second quarter. The results fell short of Wall Street expectations.

The real estate investment trust, based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, said it had funds from operations of $149.5 million, or 66 cents per share, in the period.

The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for funds from operations of 67 cents per share.

The company expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $2.64 to $2.68 per share.
