PARK CITY, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 2, 2026--
Momentous, a leading human performance company focused on supplementation and nutrition, today announced a founding research partnership with Collective X Health, the women's health research and intelligence platform co-founded by renowned exercise physiologist and Momentous advisor, Dr. Stacy Sims. The partnership launches the Collective X Women’s Health & Performance Research Grant Program with a $200,000 commitment from Momentous to fund female-focused health and performance research, with grant applications opening in June 2026.

Dr. Stacy Sims helped develop The Women's Three supplement stack and has been a leading expert voice in Momentous' commitment to advancing women's health and performance.
The initiative represents the next chapter of Momentous' Change the Ratio campaign, a $500,000 commitment announced in 2025 alongside the launch of the brand’s Women's Three supplement stack. Change the Ratio began as a pledge to narrow the gender gap in health and performance science, and the Collective X Health Research Grant Program puts direct capital behind that mission, funding the research needed to close the gap.
"For too long, women have been told to just do less of what men do, because the research simply wasn't there to tell a different story. That ends here," said Dr. Stacy Sims, Co-Founder of Collective X Health. "This grant program is about putting real funding behind the questions that actually matter for women's health and performance, and building a body of evidence that will outlast all of us."
The need is well-documented: only six percent of sports science studies focus exclusively on female physiology, and under nine percent of NIH funding goes to women's health research. Women spend an average of nine years in preventable poor health as a result of products, training protocols, and supplementation strategies built largely on male data.
The Collective X Health Research Grant Program will distribute funding across multiple female-focused research projects rather than a single study, with mentorship and peer review led by Dr. Sims and Collective X Health research leads. Research findings will feed into Collective X Health's evidence base and AI-driven platform, with a long-term goal of building a scalable pipeline of female-health researchers.
"The Momentous Standard is rooted in science. But science only serves our mission if it serves all of our consumers," said Naomi Clarkson, SVP of Marketing at Momentous. "This grant program is how we start to change that, by investing in the research that should have existed all along."
Dr. Sims helped develop The Women's Three supplement stack and has been a leading expert voice in Momentous' commitment to advancing women's health and performance. Having previously hosted Capitol Hill briefings to advocate for better resources for female service members, Momentous has a track record of championing high-performing women across its business, from product development to policy advocacy.
