Cengage Work, which includes Milady, ed2go, Ready to Hire and Infosec, is redefining workforce education by delivering digital, flexible and accessible solutions that support millions of workers in upskilling and reskilling outside the traditional degree path. In his role, Singh will focus on shaping and scaling the business to help workers protect and build their careers across high-growth sectors including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and skilled trades. Under his leadership, Cengage Work aims to accelerate its momentum and build on its 31% revenue growth since FY23.

Singh holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
