Scalar, LLC (Scalar), an independent business valuation firm, has acquired Jonathan Lubick Consulting, a top transfer pricing and valuation firm based in Tel Aviv. The acquisition bolsters Scalar's expertise in transfer pricing and valuation, allowing the company to provide enhanced services to its multinational clients worldwide.

Jonathan Lubick Consulting brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Scalar, with a team of seasoned professionals led by Jonathan Lubick, who has over 35 years of experience in transfer pricing and valuation.
