SANTA ROSA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul 17, 2025--

Palm Peak Capital (“Palm Peak”), a private equity firm investing in lower-middle market companies, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Pacific Shoring Products, LLC (“Pacific Shoring”) has acquired Prospan Shoring ("Prospan"). Located in Bensenville, IL, Prospan introduced aluminum pneumatic vertical shoring and vehicle stabilization products in 1984 and has been a leader in those product offerings across the USA. As part of the acquisition, Pacific Shoring Products also acquired the existing patents and trademarks.
