SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (AP) _ Orrstown Financial Services Inc. (ORRF) on Tuesday reported net income of $5.4 million in its third quarter.

The Shippensburg, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 52 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 75 cents per share.

The holding company for Orrstown Bank posted revenue of $33.5 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $31.5 million, beating Street forecasts.
