Prabhat has held Chief Audit Executive and senior leadership roles at companies like Revlon Inc., Canon USA Inc., and Leviton Manufacturing Company.

Beyond his professional achievements, Prabhat is involved with the Long Island Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and serves on the Internal Audit Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs.
