PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ Hill International Inc. (HIL) on Monday reported third-quarter net income of $1.3 million.

The Philadelphia-based company said it had profit of 2 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to 5 cents per share.

The construction consultant posted revenue of $96.6 million in the period.

Hill International expects full-year revenue in the range of $305 million to $315 million.
