WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 17, 2026--

The National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) will host its 2026 Federal Market Workshop on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the National Housing Center (NAHB) in Washington, D.C. This one-day event brings together federal agency officials, Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), and industry partners to discuss the modernization of federal energy and building infrastructure and the contracting mechanisms that support reliable project delivery.

The workshop focuses on the role of performance-based contracting, including Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs), as proven, transparent, and cost-effective methods for delivering resilient, modernized infrastructure that meets mission-critical needs across federal facilities and military installations.

The agenda features a mix of federal agency panels, an ESCO panel, and a best-practices session highlighting real-world applications of ESPCs and UESCs. Federal officials responsible for project implementation will provide insights into agency priorities and activity at the U.S. Department of Energy, while ESCO leaders will share lessons learned, execution strategies, and approaches that deliver transparency, accountability, and long-term value.

Networking opportunities will take place both before and after the workshop, including a pre-event reception on March 18 at 5:00 PM ET at Le Méridien (formerly the Madison Hotel), and a post-event networking reception on March 19 at 5:00 PM ET in the Atrium of the National Housing Center.

Registration and sponsorship information are available on the NAESCO Federal Market Workshop event page.
