MARIETTA, Pa. (AP) _ Donegal Group Inc. (DGICA) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $5.3 million.

The Marietta, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 17 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 14 cents per share.

The insurance holding company posted revenue of $210.2 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $208.9 million.

For the year, the company reported profit of $25.3 million, or 83 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $810 million.
