Under his guidance, annual originations expanded 5x to $1.2 billion while reducing loss rates by nearly 50%. Throughout his career, Hill has securitized over $2 billion in loans, achieving AAA ratings from S&P and KBRA, and partnered with tier-1 banking institutions.
