FRANKLIN, Tenn. (AP) — FRANKLIN, Tenn. (AP) — Community Healthcare Trust Inc. (CHCT) on Tuesday reported a key measure of profitability in its fourth quarter. The results surpassed Wall Street expectations.

The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $29.3 million in the period, which missed Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $29.9 million.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $59.3 million, or $2.22 per share. Revenue was reported as $115.8 million.

The company's shares have increased 3% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $19.80, a fall of 29% in the last 12 months.
