YORK, Pa. (AP) _ Codorus Valley Bancorp Inc. (CVLY) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $2.7 million.
The York, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 28 cents per share.
The bank posted revenue of $22 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $20.1 million, which beat Street forecasts.
For the year, the company reported profit of $14.7 million, or $1.50 per share. Revenue was reported as $78.5 million.
