CLEARFIELD, Pa. (AP) _ CNB Financial Corp. (CCNE) on Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $16.6 million.

The Clearfield, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 90 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $63.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $57.9 million, beating Street forecasts.

CNB shares have fallen 5% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $25.16, a climb of 2% in the last 12 months.
