Ketterer brings extensive middle-market industrials private equity experience, further strengthening Angeles’ sector-focused investment capabilities.

Before joining Angeles, Trent was an investment professional at Sun Capital Partners in Los Angeles, where he was primarily responsible for deal evaluation and execution and overseeing portfolio companies. Prior to Sun Capital Partners, he served as a Research Analyst with Spitfire Capital, a value-oriented, concentrated hedge fund, where he was responsible for investment sourcing and research across a variety of industries. Trent began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Wells Fargo Securities.

Trent earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and his M.B.A., with Honors, from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a CFA ® charterholder.
