GETTYSBURG, Pa. (AP) _ ACNB Corp. (ACNB) on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $7.4 million.
The Gettysburg, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 84 cents per share.
The bank posted revenue of $24.8 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $23.3 million, beating Street forecasts.
ACNB shares have risen 12% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 31% in the last 12 months.
