Radienz Living Announces the Appointment of CPG Executive Carl J. Gerlach as Chief Executive Officer

MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 3, 2025--

Radienz Living announced today that Carl J. Gerlach will be joining the company September 15th as Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Ernesto S. Levy who will be pursuing other interests.

Mr. Gerlach brings to Radienz Living over 25 years of experience transforming businesses through innovation and expansion into new markets and categories. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Country Meats, LLC, a contract manufacturer of branded meat products. Prior to that Mr. Gerlach was Chief Executive Officer of Norseland Inc., a private label and branded manufacturer of cheese and dairy products and Chief Executive Officer of Maple Hill Creamery, the nation’s fastest growing providers of grass-fed organic dairy. Mr. Gerlach previously served in senior Strategy, Brand Marketing and General Management positions at Kraft Foods, Alberto Culver and Sara Lee Corporation.
