International Battery Metals Ltd. (“IBAT” or the “Company”) (TSXV: IBAT) & (OTCQB: IBATF), will host a conference call discussing financial and operational results for its first quarter of 2026, ended June 30, 2025, on Friday, August 29 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
