First American Financial Corporation(NYSE:FAF), a premier provider of title, settlement and risk solutions for real estate transactions and the leader in the digital transformation of its industry, announced today that Great Place To Work ® and Fortune magazine selected First American as one of the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™, marking a decade on the prestigious list.

“I’m deeply grateful for and continually impressed by the remarkable women in leadership and throughout every level of our company who step up for each other and our customers every day,” said Mark Seaton, CEO, First American Financial Corporation. “Fostering an environment where every employee has the opportunity to grow, lead and thrive is a commitment our people share and embrace, making First American a company where everyone can succeed.”

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed survey responses from nearly 605,000 women employed by Great Place To Work Certified™ companies eligible for the list. To qualify, organizations must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.
