The WallMaster 300 System is a material handling attachment that builds on BZI’s and InnovaTech’s existing panelizing technology and processes, specifically designed for the Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) scope. It is used to handle and transport large wall panel assemblies to their installation locations. The equipment enables panels to be built and placed on the ground as entire sections and then lifted into place as opposed to individually installing each piece. The materials are staged away from the perimeter of the building, which frees up space for other trades to work more safely and efficiently.

The WallMaster is different from traditional IMP installation methods that present scheduling challenges for concurrent and subsequent trades, because access to work zones is generally not available until that portion of the IMP scope is complete, improving logistical and safety issues for all workers.
