Amerant Bancorp Inc. (NYSE: AMTB) (“Amerant” or the “Company”), today announced it will release fourth quarter 2025 results on Thursday, January 22, 2026, after the market closes. On Friday, January 23, 2026, Carlos Iafigliola, Senior Executive Vice-President and Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Sharymar Calderón, Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 9:00 AM ET to discuss the Company’s fourth quarter 2025 financial and operating results.
